Shelley takes great pride in knowing her clients have placed their trust and confidence in her to sell or purchase one of their most cherished, valuable assets – their home.

Offering more than 15 years of real estate experience, Shelley is a top producing agent, earning the NVAR Top Producer designation, and appearing in the Northern Virginia magazine and the Washingtonian magazine "Top Agent" lists. She's accomplished this by taking care to listen to clients, using the latest proven technologies, top-of-the-line marketing tools, and when needed, good old-fashioned elbow grease to get their homes sold.

Shelley’s priority is to ensure that her clients understand and are comfortable with the many decisions involved when purchasing, or preparing and selling a home. With a Pricing Strategy Advisor certification from the National Association of Realtors, she is an expert negotiator making sure her client's interests take priority.

Shelley grew up in Nebraska and has called Northern Virginia home for over 25 years. She is a mom of two, and an avid volunteer. When not with family, she loves time with friends, her dogs and tennis, and is proud to note that her business is largely based on referrals.
